These taps are being sold as singles ,if you buy more than one, the rest will have FREE shipping. These very High Quality Name Brand or USA made Taps are either new ,or as sharp as new. They are numbered 1 through 19, the low numbers are starting taps, and the #1 is a spiral type tap. They change as the number goes up. The 15-17 had their shafts turned down to in a lathe for power tapping.The #7 and 8 are 3 flute..Let me know what one you are choosing.
